Forget your worries @ this beautiful coastal waterfront Jaccuzzi home located on one of the wider, deeper canals in Weeki Wachee, FL just off the main river. It’s the closest spring fed river N. of Tpa. This home is just far enough from the main river so the manatees can congregate but close enough for convenience to everything on/off the river. From scalloping, snorkeling, fishing, swimming, kayaking, sun bathing, bike riding, or hiking in this nature filled getaway.
Approx 3000 Sq ‘ of living/ entertaining space. You may use the entire property including new JACCUZZI downstairs with the EXCEPTION OF: The large owners closet space downstairs in the garage. It is locked.
You have access to the entire home & property. The ONE EXCEPTION the extra large owners closet in the garage.
We offer an electronic key “E-Key” to our guests. 1-2 are included with your stay. Additional E-Keys are available for $10.-/ea .
Before leaving your home download the TLL Lock app (white app w/blue hand) on your cell using your cell#(on each cell you plan on bringing with you to use as a key) .
Do NOT use an email to register your #. The e-key will not work via email. It only works when you register using your cell #. You must bring that registered phone with you.
Once you have downloaded the app, & registered it using your cell# notify us on this AirBnB app & we will preset your E- key for you.
Don’t worry, we will show you how to use it when you arrive. It’s so easy you’ll want these keys at your own home. You’ll never lose a key again 🙂

We hope you find our home clean & welcoming. If we do not hear from you within 3/hours after your check-in, we will know that everything is fine and has met or exceeded your satisfaction.

- Do not dispose of anything in the toilets aside from normal amounts of toilet paper and body waste.
- Wipe up all spills and excess water promptly. Notify us immediately if there is a leak.
The entire property is available for your use during your stay with the EXCEPTION of our owners closet located in the garage downstairs. It is locked.
We have a pest control company that takes care of the property and the house. But please note … We live in Florida so this is a constant battle. We appreciate your understanding & assistance in not taking food into the bedrooms.
These facilities are not recommended to unsuitable unsupervised toddlers or children. There are no child proof cabinets , outlets and there is immediate access to waterfront property. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. They are your children, your responsibility.
No more than 6 people (kids, adults day or night visitors ) max at all times during your stay. Unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner directly. All guests / visitors must be disclosed & cleared with the host upon the initial booking. Additional fees apply for extra guest if not cleared with the host prior to booking. This includes day or night visitors who do not intend to stay the night. Depending on the circumstances, guests will be asked to leave the property with no refund if they are not following the 6 maximum occupancy rule and having open communication with the host. Only registered guests & their announced visitors may utilize the property.
Must be 26/Yrs + to stay without an adult over 30/Yrs
Late check out / Early check in might be an option depending on availability and at the host discretion and preapproval for an additional fee of $50./hr
Unauthorized late check out will result in an additional minimum $200.00 late fee.
Strict noise ordinance:
Quiet time is 10 PM – 7 AM
If you are loud after those times the police will be called and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
We cannot be held responsible for power outages out of our control or inclement weather.
Guests must clean up after themselves outside in the cooking area, downstairs in game room entertainment center & upstairs. If you decide to use the grill you must clean the grill and scrape the grill top with scraper and spatula provided & properly dispose of the grease. Clean and dispose of all contents. An additional $100./cleaning fee will be incurred if the guests grilling components are not cleaned prior to guests departure. Once Grill has cooled and is clean recover grill with grill cover to protect it from weathering please.
Morning of Departure:
Pull all sheets and towels and place in laundry room on floor
No dirty dishes left behind prior to departure. Clean, dry and put away all the dishes in proper locations.
Take Trash out to curb on Mon & Thr evenings as trash pick up is early the next morning.
Remove all trash including coffee grounds, trash from both bathrooms, kitchen & screened balcony. Then place inside garbage bags in outdoor trash can. Close the lid. This is Florida so we have raccoons, possums, bears, squirrels, hogs, etc. we don’t want to feed them or encourage them to visit.
