Relax on the private balcony of our tropical 2 story riverfront home. Perfectly nestled between Weeki Wachee State Park & the Gulf of Mexico on the Weeki Wachee, FL spring fed river directly across from the preserve.

We include best views, kayaks, a paddle board, noodles, rafts, & more!

Less than 2.5 miles to head of the Weeki Wachee Spring State Park & less than 3 miles from the Gulf of Mexico- PARADISE!

Guest suite is the entire upstairs including balcony.
The space
You’ll have your own entrance to the guest suite. Accommodates 2 guests max. Absolutely NO visitors from water or street side welcomed onto the property. When you walk up the stairs on the exterior right side of the house you will see the breathtaking river view as kayakers, swimmers & nature enthusiasts from around the world delight in the beauty of our clean spring fed river.

Relax on the chaise lounge chairs as you read a book, sunbathe or over look the natural preserve directly across the river from this upstairs guest home. Where you can also enjoy manatees, birds, fish & people watch from your private balcony with a 360 waterfront view.

Enter through the welcoming glass doors to our clean, spacious guest suite with waterfront views from the living room, office, dining rm, & master suite.

Includes: 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks, noodles, 2 bikes, best view of the river! We’ve been told multiple times we’ve got the best location on the entire Weeki Wachee River. We agree! It is truly paradise yet only 1 hour North of TIA & 1.5/hrs from Orlando, FL.

Other things to note

• All our Vacation rentals have a 3 night min.
• No pet policy
• No smoking inside (if you smoke outside it must be 10’ from any interior door & no cigarette butts on the ground) $200 fee if found
• No shoes inside
• Must be 26/Yrs + to stay without an adult over 30/Yrs
• No running / jumping
• No noise between 10pm-7am
• $20/pp extra visitor (day or night).
• Boat Docking Fee $60.
• No open flame inside includes candles
