Location, location! Enjoy crystal clear spring fed water behind this beautiful house (not a trailer). The open floor plan, all the fun outdoor activities swimming, fishing, people watching, manatee watching, sunbathing & more! 7 kayaks total (2 are kids) & One 2/person canoe. No loud noise between 10 PM-7am. This is a residential neighborhood. If you are loud the Sheriff may be called & you will be asked to leave WITHOUT a refund. We live down the street. ☺️

Location Location Location! This gorgeous 2/story open floor plan house sits directly on the main Weeki Wachee River. Comfortably accommodates up to 8/guests.1.5 mi to Head of spring, .5 mi to Hospital Hole, 1 mi to Rogers Park & UpperDeck Restaurant, 3 mi to Gulf of Mexico & Pine Island. Open floor plan w/ high ceilings upstairs & 3 bdrms , 2 full baths, Living Rm, Full kitchen w/stainless steel appliances, dining area. Downstairs open floor plan with TV room, queen size sleeper sofa, dining Rm, kitchenette w/ice maker, refrigerator, wine cooler, full bathrm. 2 screen rooms w/additional dining areas in balcony & patio. Comfortable outdoor patio furniture to relax, new BBQ Grill, dock, bring your boat & tie up (with prior approval). We even have exterior cameras for your added safety. Please remember we do not allow parties. No fireworks. No open flames inside. Do NOT use the indoor fireplace. We have a fire pit outback for you. Quiet Time: 10pm-7am This is a residential neighborhood. Get ready for paradise in Weeki Wachee.

Smart Lock entry so register your cell prior to leaving your home. Parking on cement driveway in front of garage. We have cameras only on the exterior of the property.

  • All our Vacation rentals have a 3 night min.
  • No pet policy
  • No smoking inside (if you smoke outside it must be 10’ from any interior door & no cigarette butts on the ground) $200 fee if found
  • No shoes inside
  • Must be 26/Yrs + to stay without an adult over 30/Yrs
  • No running / jumping
  • No noise between 10pm-7am
  • $20/pp extra visitor (day or night).
  • Boat Docking Fee $60.
