Relax in our country retreat! This peaceful home is nestled on 2.5 acres, 300’ off the road. Escape the hustle. You’ll feel far away but really you’re not. Perfect girls getaway, couples retreat, family vacation spot. Located 8 mi to downtown Tpa General Hospital-Brooksville, local restaurants, wineries, breweries, a distillery, State Parks, & more! Just 30 min from the famous Mermaid Show or play a round of golf at Cabot Farms Golf Course. Tampa Airport is 58 miles away, & Disney World.

The space

Submerge yourself in the tranquility of the country life style in comfort. There’s plenty of space to think & breathe. Once you arrive you’ll feel like you’re so far away, but you’ll be a short drive to anywhere.

Relax in the hammock under the trees, enjoy star gazing in the clear sky at night. Enjoy bird watching, go hiking, play corn hole, tag or feed the cattle next door, go shopping in downtown Brooksville, check out some local breweries, vineyards & the NJoy Distillery. Whatever you do unplug.

The 2 car garage & the chicken coupe are ioff limits but enjoy the rest.

Other things to note

We all need a place to getaway and unwind. We just want to share our family ranch with you. It’s not fancy, it’s updated & cozy. Most of all it’s a peaceful place where great memories are made.

Note: The neighbors behind us are dog breeders. When they let their dogs out a few times a day you’ll hear 5 minutes of barking daily.
